How do I order?

Choose your products and flavours, then send the quantity, date and delivery location via LINE. Our team will confirm the details and prepare a quotation before you place your order.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and design. Custom 3D ice cream with a new mould starts at 200 bars. For other products, send your required quantity for confirmation.

Can I add a logo or photo to the lid?

We can discuss lid designs featuring a logo, couple photo, event name or colour theme. Send a reference image so our team can assess the design and cost before production.

How far ahead should I order?

Please share your event date when you first enquire, especially for custom lids and new 3D moulds. Our team will check production availability and confirm the delivery schedule.

How do delivery and storage work?

Share your delivery location and time so our team can advise on transport and storage. Delivery and packaging charges will be confirmed in your quotation.
